All orders are made to order. Purchases WILL ship within 7
days from the purchase date.
All orders are fulfilled in the orders in which they are
received.
Please understand the during sales and holiday seasons,
orders are in EXCESS. THIS WILL RESULT IN DELAYED SHIPPING TIMES.
Tracking: As soon as your orders ships, you will receive a
tracking email, please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update your tracking
numbers. (Normal transit times for USPS is 1-3 days)
Return Policy: Due to the nature of our handcrafted
products, we cannot accept returns unless there was an error made on our part.
Please understand that all of our handcrafted products are unique and will
slightly vary in shape, color, and size. Products that contains certain
fragrance oils may discolor over time, this is normal.
NOLA SKIN ORGANICS is not responsible for packages that are
undelivered, misdelivered, or damaged in transit, provided that they are
shipped to the address in the PayPal receipt unless otherwise specified by the
customer. Should items be undelivered and RETURNED TO Nola Skin Organics, A
reshipment fee of $7 is paid by customer for reshipment.
**Heat Warning** During the hot summer months please make
sure to provide a safe area for your packages to be delivered. Because most of
our products contain Coconut Oil and Shea Butter, it is best for these items
not to be left in a hot mailbox or in the heat of the sun for long periods of
time.
